Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 working days after confirmation, depending on the delivery method you choose. At Pollyanna Kids, we offer the following delivery options:

  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over £50 (Royal Mail, 2-5 working days, Tracking 48h)

  • For orders below £50, the delivery fee is £4.

  • Express Delivery (1-3 working days, Tracking 24h) - £6.50

    •  Orders placed on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed on the next working day.

    • During busy periods (e.g., sales), express delivery may not be available. The £6.50 fee applies to all express orders, regardless of the order value

 

Where We Deliver
We deliver across the entire UK using reliable carriers such as Royal Mail, UK Mail, Evri, and DPD.

 

Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, you can:

  • Track it using the link we sent in your delivery confirmation email.

  • Check for any updates from our delivery partners.

  • Contact our Customer Service team if you need further assistance.

 

Delivery Address
Please provide your preferred delivery address when placing your order. 

 

What Happens if I’m Not at Home?
If you're not home during delivery, our courier will leave a note with instructions on how to collect your parcel. You can also track your order using the provided link and reschedule delivery. 

 

Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order for a full refund if it hasn't been dispatched. Once dispatched, you will need to return the items to receive a refund, following our Return Policy.

 

Order Confirmation Email
If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam or trash folder. If you still can’t find it, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

 

Can I Track My Order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use this to monitor your order’s progress. Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to update for standard delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We inspect every order before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service within 5 days. For assistance, kindly provide:

  • Order number

  • Product/item number (found on the swing ticket or washing label)

  • Photos of the issue

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, check your email for any stock updates. If an item was out of stock, you will not be charged for it, and the delivery note will show the correct items. If you think something is missing, please get in touch with us.

 

Missing Order
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the dispatch date, please contact our Customer Service.

 

Partial Delivery

We do not process partial deliveries. If an item is unavailable, it will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. You will be notified by email.
